University of Haripur Hosts Training to Enhance Teaching Techniques for Gen Z Learners

Haripur: The Human Resource Development Cell at The University of Haripur organized a two-day training program titled "The Art of Engagement," aimed at improving teaching and leadership practices for educators dealing with Gen Z learners. The training introduced modern strategies to boost student engagement and classroom interaction through a series of interactive sessions, practical exercises, and case discussions.

According to The University of Haripur, the training featured renowned corporate trainer Mr. Mehtab Hameed as the resource person. Mr. Hameed guided participants on active learning techniques, effective communication, and innovative pedagogical approaches. The program attracted 60 participants, including Chairpersons and Heads of Departments, as well as nominated faculty members from various disciplines.

Participants appreciated the practical insights provided during the training and expressed their commitment to applying the learned strategies to enhance academic outcomes within their departments. HRDC officials underscored the university's dedication to continuous faculty development and fostering a dynamic learning environment.
