Sargodha: The University of Sargodha's e-Rozgaar Centre has announced the opening of admissions for its digital skills training programmes, offering flexible schedules for both regular and weekend learners. This initiative aims to equip students and professionals with essential skills for freelancing and online earning.

According to University of Sargodha, the programmes are structured to accommodate different schedules, with regular classes from Monday to Thursday and a weekend programme from Friday to Sunday designed for working professionals. The courses cover a wide range of topics, including basic computer skills, office automation, search engine optimisation, social media marketing, WordPress development, and mobile app development, among others.

Manager e-Rozgaar Centre Malik Kaleem Ullah stated that individuals with matriculation or intermediate qualifications are eligible to apply. Students awaiting their results can also seek admission. He emphasized that the initiative provides a productive use of summer vacations, allowing participants to gain practical digital skills. The programme's primary goal is to enable young individuals to explore freelancing and remote work opportunities, thereby creating respectable income sources in both local and international markets.

Interested applicants can submit their applications online through the e-Rozgaar portal until June 2, with classes scheduled to commence on June 3.
