Dawah Centre for Women Organizes Educational Program on Seerat for Students at IIUI

Islamabad: The Dawah Centre for Women at the Dawah Academy of the International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) organized an educational program titled "Seeking Guidance from Seerat" for university students. The event focused on understanding the life and teachings of the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (peace be upon him) as a model for individual and social conduct, attracting around 50 participants.

According to International Islamic University Islamabad, the program aimed to encourage students to derive practical guidance from the Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH) while addressing contemporary challenges. Dr. Faryal Umbreen addressed the participants, highlighting key aspects of the Prophet's life such as his character, leadership, and compassion. She stressed the importance of relating the Seerah to everyday life and urged students to apply prophetic principles in their academic, social, and professional spheres.

The session included an interactive question-and-answer segment, allowing students to engage thoughtfully with the subject. Participants expressed appreciation for the initiative, viewing it as a meaningful opportunity to reconnect with the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and to reinforce their commitment to ethical conduct and spiritual growth, especially during the sacred month of Ramazan.

The program aligns with IIUI's broader vision of nurturing graduates who are both morally responsible and academically sound, through an integrated approach to religious and contemporary education.
