Karachi: Three matches in the Wing 999 Inter Departmental Cricket League Tournament concluded with victories for Y.J. Sports, Fay International, and Pakistan Stallions. The tournament, organized by the Regional Cricket Association Karachi in collaboration with Wing 999 Sports, saw standout centuries from Hamza Qureshi and Abdul Rahman Niazi.
Y.J. Sports secured their second win against D Cattle Farms at Eid Gah Ground Korangi. D Cattle Farms posted 244/5 in 40 overs, with notable contributions from Muhammad Azan and Aibaad Khan. Y.J. Sports chased down the target, reaching 206 all-out in 37 overs, thanks to Ahmer Ghaziani’s 75.
In another match, Fay International edged past Medicam Group by one wicket at CAA Cricket Stadium. Medicam Group set a target of 238/8 in 40 overs, led by Ubbais Ullah's 67. Fay International responded with 242/9 in 39.3 overs, driven by Hamza Qureshi’s 115.
Pakistan Stallions claimed victory over Pak Saudi International by 31 runs at Agha Khan Gymkhana Ground. Pakistan Stallions scored 265/5 in 40 overs, with Abdul Rahman Niazi’s 107 being the highlight. Pak Saudi International managed 234 all-out in 36.5 overs.
