LAHORE: The University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) Lahore held its 24th Oath Taking Ceremony and Annual Dinner at the City Campus, where new office-bearers of the Vets Care Club were sworn in. The event was led by UVAS Vice-Chancellor Meritorious Prof. Dr. Muhammad Younus, who administered the oath to the newly-elected members.
The ceremony was attended by Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Science, Prof. Dr. Aneela Zameer Durrani, Principal Officer of the City Campus, Prof. Dr. Mati Ur Rehman Khan Niazi, along with numerous industry representatives, faculty members, and students.
In his address, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Younus extended his congratulations to the new office-bearers and commended their volunteer efforts in 2024-25 for the treatment of animals across Punjab. He emphasized the importance of such activities in enhancing the professional skills of the students.
The event underscored the ongoing dedication of the Vets Care Club to animal welfare and the professional growth of its members.
