Mustafa Irfan Secures Bronze in KL Junior Open Squash Championship 2025

Kuala Lumpur: Mustafa Irfan, a non-seeded player, has won the bronze medal at the KL Junior Open Squash Championship 2025, an event noted for attracting the largest number of junior players after the US Junior competition. The championship saw participation from 23 squash-playing nations.

Irfan’s performance was notable as he defeated several higher-seeded competitors, including Seed No. 3 and Seed No. 5, throughout the tournament. In the match for third place, he claimed victory over Muhammad Saifulraihan in straight games, winning 3-0.

The only match Irfan lost was against the top-seeded Razik Putra of Malaysia in the semifinals. The closing ceremony of the championship took place today in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The event was organized under the patronage of the Pakistan Squash Federation, which has expressed pride in Irfan’s achievements.
