Lahore: University of Central Punjab (UCP) is making significant strides on the national sports scene, achieving remarkable success across multiple competitions.
At the All Pakistan Karate (Men) Championship, organized by Government College University Faisalabad, UCP claimed the overall championship title. The team secured a total of nine gold medals and one silver, dominating all ten weight categories.
In the realm of fencing, UCP achieved a commendable second-place finish at the All Pakistan Inter-University Fencing Championship 2024-25. The event took place at Sawabi University and was supervised by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
Furthermore, UCP continued its impressive performance at the All Pakistan Inter-University Tennis Championship, organized by Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), where they also secured a second position.
