Islamabad: NUST marked Eid-ul-Fitr with a series of events aimed at fostering unity and community spirit. The day began with Eid prayers, setting the tone for a celebration characterized by gratitude and togetherness. Rector NUST Dr. Muhammad Zahid Latif greeted staff members, recognizing their efforts and sharing moments of appreciation.
The Pro-Rectors took part in the festivities by engaging with students from various countries and remote areas, as well as staff members. These interactions were part of a broader effort to cultivate a sense of belonging within the university community.
On the eve of Eid, known as Chand Raat, the NUST Administration organized vibrant Eid bazaars and mehndi stalls at the Southedge Cafe and the residential complex. These activities added to the festive atmosphere and created lasting memories for participants.
