Kotli: In a significant move to enhance the student experience, the University of Kotli Azad Jammu and Kashmir has launched a dedicated Complaint Helpline. This new service aims to provide a confidential and effective channel for students and university employees to voice their concerns and suggestions.

According to University of Kotli Azad Jammu and Kashmir, the helpline is designed to address a range of issues including academic disputes, infrastructure concerns, student services, campus safety, and incidents of harassment or discrimination. By introducing this helpline, the university seeks to foster a more responsive and supportive educational environment.

The service allows individuals to report issues via a dedicated WhatsApp number or email, ensuring ease of access and timely response. Complaints received through this channel are directed straight to the Registrar, promising an acknowledgment within 24 hours and a resolution or update within 72 hours where possible. This initiative underscores the university’s commitment to transparency and student welfare by encouraging open dialogue and rapid resolution of issues.
