This analysis is part of FAFEN's examination of the unrepresentativeness of electoral outcomes in Pakistan. The report emphasizes how the First-Past-The-Post system can distort representation in multi-candidate electoral races, a common occurrence in the country. These dynamics may leave many voters feeling unrepresented and could raise questions about electoral legitimacy, potentially contributing to political instability.
