Islamabad: First Lady Bibi Asifa Bhutto Zardari MNA has expressed deep concern and sorrow over the reported brutal murder of Hina Javed in Rawalpindi, conveying her solidarity and condolences to the bereaved family.

According to Pakistan Peoples Party, the First Lady has called upon the Government of Punjab to ensure a thorough inquiry and proper investigation into the crime, emphasizing that those responsible must be brought to justice. She urged that such individuals be made an example of, to deter future incidents of this nature.

The First Lady highlighted the increase in such incidents across Pakistan and expressed hope for the implementation of effective measures to protect women and prevent similar crimes in the future.
