Karachi: Zone-VI Whites emerged victorious in the Touchme Trophy Under-15 Inter Zonal Cricket Tournament, defeating Zone-II Whites by eight wickets at the KCCA Stadium. The tournament, part of the Regional Cricket Association Karachi (RCAK) Talent Hunt Program, received sponsorship from Medicam Group of Companies, which announced its continued support for the initiative.

According to Regional Cricket Association Karachi, the announcement was made by Javed Akhtar Kiani, Group Media Manager for Medicam Group, during the closing ceremony of the tournament's first phase. Ali Hussain, Secretary of RCA Karachi, expressed gratitude to Medicam Group and Junaid Khalil Nanitalwala for their contributions to grassroots cricket development in Karachi, highlighting the importance of this sponsorship in fostering young talent.

Muhammad Touseef Siddiqui, Joint Secretary of RCA Karachi, provided an overview of the tournament's proceedings, while Azam Khan, Coordinator of RCAK, congratulated both Zone-VI Whites and Zone-II Whites for their performances. Khan emphasized the continued efforts under Nadeem Omar's leadership to promote cricket at the grassroots level in Karachi.

In the final match, Zone-II Whites posted a total of 118 runs in 34.4 overs, with notable contributions from Atif and Muhammad Imam. Zone-VI Whites successfully chased the target, scoring 119/2 in 29 overs, with Aish Malik and Faisal Qurban leading the charge. Aish Malik was awarded Best Batsman and Final Man of the Match, while Yahya Aslam received the Best Bowler award.

The ceremony concluded with prize distribution by Javed Akhtar Kiani and Ali Hussain. The victory trophy was presented to Zone-VI Whites' Captain Aaish Malik, and the runner-up trophy to Zone-II Whites' Captain Muhammad Imam. The event was attended by several dignitaries, including Khalid Nafees, Chairman of the Tournament Committee, and other officials.
