Lahore: The Office of Research, Innovation and Commercialization recently organized a workshop focused on smart organic soap formulation, attracting over 65 students and professionals from the University of Central Punjab and other institutions. The event showcased its interdisciplinary appeal and cross-sectoral engagement.

Dr. Sadia Zulfiqar from the Faculty of Science and Technology led the workshop, providing participants with hands-on training in creating organic soap formulations designed for whitening, anti-acne, and glow enhancement. Attendees also learned quality testing and packaging techniques.

The workshop concluded with a certificate distribution ceremony, presided over by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Akhyar Farrukh, Director of ORIC. The event underscored the university’s commitment to practical education and innovation in personal care product development.
