Karachi: Christopher Mark Taylor, an umpire from Jamaica, will officiate three matches in the President's Trophy Grade-I 2025-26, as part of the International Cricket Council's Umpire Exchange Programme, the Pakistan Cricket Board announced. Taylor, 45, will begin his stint with the Ghani Glass versus Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) match at National Bank Stadium on Wednesday, January 21.
According to Pakistan Cricket Board, Taylor will further officiate the Khan Research Laboratories (KRL) versus SNGPL match at KCCA Stadium starting January 27, followed by the Sahir Associates versus Pakistan Television (PTV) game at National Bank Stadium beginning February 2. Taylor's prior experience includes officiating in five women's one-day and three T20 internationals, along with 41 first-class, 56 List-A, and 53 T20 matches. His most recent assignment was the West Indies domestic 50-over competition in November 2025.
The exchange programme offers Taylor the opportunity to develop his skills internationally while providing local umpires in Pakistan with insights from his extensive experience in West Indies' domestic cricket.
