Islamabad: Wafaqi Mohtasib Mr Naveed Kamran Baloch met with President Asif Ali Zardari at Aiwan-e-Sadr to present the Annual Report for 2025. The report detailed the institution's achievements, including the redressal of 261,101 complaints and an implementation rate of 96.8%.

According to Pakistan Peoples Party, the Wafaqi Mohtasib briefed President Zardari on the institution's performance and measures to improve access to administrative justice. The report highlighted the expansion of its presence to 28 cities and the establishment of One Window Facilitation Desks for Overseas Pakistanis at international airports. Nearly 88% of complaints were resolved within the statutory 60-day timeframe.

President Zardari commended the Wafaqi Mohtasib's performance, noting the institution's service to the public. He emphasized the importance of promoting its activities to ensure more people benefit from its efforts for quick resolution of public complaints.
