Lahore: The University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) Lahore held a ceremony at its City Campus to award certificates to faculty and students who successfully completed French language courses. In collaboration with the French Cultural Center Lahore, UVAS distributed a total of 42 certificates to 34 participants who passed the DELF A1, DELF A2, and DELF B1 examinations.
According to University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, the event was co-chaired by UVAS Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Masood Rabbani and Director of the French Cultural Center Lahore, Mr Fabrice Disdier. The ceremony highlighted the university’s commitment to broadening the skill sets of its students by offering language courses. Prof Dr Masood Rabbani emphasized the importance of such skills in enhancing educational opportunities, while Mr Fabrice Disdier expressed the aim to further promote French language learning in Pakistan and strengthen collaboration with UVAS. He also discussed potential opportunities for students to pursue studies at French universities.
