TURBAT: The University of Turbat recently held its fifth Human Resource Development Committee meeting, focusing on faculty development and capacity building. Chaired by Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Gul Hasan, the meeting addressed key issues concerning faculty members pursuing advanced studies and proposed the establishment of a Directorate of Continuous Professional Development.

According to University of Turbat, the meeting, attended by prominent deans and officials, confirmed the minutes of the previous session and resolved significant administrative and academic matters. The Vice Chancellor underscored the importance of robust human resource development to enhance the university's standing among Pakistan's higher education institutions.

The committee also recommended a comprehensive training framework emphasizing modern skills such as IT proficiency, leadership, and strategic planning. The proposed initiatives aim to address contemporary HR challenges and promote a smart working culture within the university.
