Turbat: The Department of Natural & Basic Sciences at the University of Turbat recently organized two orientation sessions aimed at enhancing students' understanding of scientific writing and exploring international scholarship opportunities. These sessions, held on October 20, 2026, took place in the smart classroom of the university.

According to University of Turbat, the first session was conducted by Dr. Muhammad Haroon, a faculty member at the university, who discussed effective literature review techniques and scientific writing. The session focused on developing essential academic and research skills among the students. The second session featured Mr. Dileep Ahmad, a PhD scholar from Zhejiang University, China, who provided an online presentation about international scholarship opportunities and pathways to higher education at global institutions.

Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Gul Hasan commended the Department of Natural and Basic Sciences for organizing these interactive sessions. He emphasized the importance of such initiatives in promoting student-focused activities and encouraging students to seek higher education and research opportunities at leading international universities.
