Sargodha: The University of Sargodha has initiated a three-day faculty training workshop titled “Teaching Re-defined: Professional Growth,” aimed at enhancing the professional development of educators. Organized by the Human Resource Development Center, the workshop began on Wednesday and focuses on various aspects of teaching improvement, including decision-making skills and stress management.

According to University of Sargodha, the workshop features key figures such as Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Qaisar Abbas, Director of Human Resource Center Khursheed Yousaf, and several esteemed education experts. During the opening session, Prof. Dr. Qaisar Abbas stressed the significance of continuous professional development and the workshop’s role in equipping teachers with effective teaching tools and techniques.

Khursheed Yousaf, in his welcome note, elaborated on the workshop’s objectives, particularly emphasizing the importance of understanding modern educational dynamics to develop effective teaching strategies.
