Sargodha: The Human Resource Development Centre at the University of Sargodha held a two-day training workshop for BPS-18 officers focused on strategic thinking and future planning. The programme aimed to enhance the officers' professional competencies and equip them with the skills necessary for effective management in their respective institutions.
According to University of Sargodha, Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Qaisar Abbas addressed the participants, emphasizing the importance of strategic thinking, informed decision-making, and effective problem-solving for modern institutional management. He encouraged the officers to adopt a forward-looking approach, enhance their analytical skills, and be prepared to tackle emerging challenges with innovative solutions.
The training sessions were led by HRDC Director Mr. Amjad Hussain Janjua and Dr. Muhammad Azam, who provided insights into strategic decision-making, problem-solving techniques, logical and creative thinking, organizational culture, and job satisfaction. The programme was designed to ensure that officers could perform their duties more efficiently and professionally, aligning with the overarching theme of "Strategic Thinking: Shaping Future Insights and Vision."
