Haripur: The recently promoted officers at the University of Haripur hosted a luncheon to honor Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Abid Farid, expressing their gratitude for the merit-based promotions approved by the university administration.

According to the University of Haripur, the event was organized by Muhammad Kashif, Ayaz Ahmad, Dr. Tasnif Ullah Khan, Muhammad Javed, and Asif Jan, who recently received higher responsibilities following recommendations from a relevant committee and the Vice Chancellor's approval. The gathering took place at the University's Guest House and was attended by a wide range of university officials, including Registrar Mr. Riaz Muhammad, Treasurer Mr. Imran Muhammad, and Director Administration Major Muhammad Iqbal (R), among others.

The Vice Chancellor was warmly welcomed by employees, who expressed their support through chants recognizing his leadership. In his address, Prof. Dr. Abid Farid congratulated the promoted officers and lauded the commitment of the University's employees. He emphasized that timely promotions are crucial for boosting employee morale and strengthening the institution's performance, contributing to its academic and administrative progress.
