Haripur: The University of Haripur held its 23rd Academic Council meeting, chaired by Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Shafiq Ur Rahman, which resulted in the approval of new academic programs and updates to existing policies.

According to The University of Haripur, the meeting brought together all Deans, Chairpersons, and Directors, with Assistant Registrar Academics, Memoona Bibi, overseeing the proceedings. Key decisions included the adoption of revised Semester Rules and Regulations, proposed by the Review Committee, aimed at enhancing the university’s academic policies.

The council approved several innovative programs such as the BS Aesthetic and Cosmetology, Optometry, and BS Audiology and Speech Technology, marking a significant expansion in the university’s academic portfolio. Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Rahman expressed satisfaction with the meeting’s outcomes and praised the Academic section for their efforts, with special commendation for Memoona Bibi’s role in the proceedings.
