Chitral: The Directorate of Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) at the University of Chitral conducted a focused training session on Self-Assessment Report (SAR) for the departments of Economics and Political Science. The session, held on July 12, 2024, in the university’s conference room, aimed to elevate the quality and standards of academic reporting and assessment.

According to University of Chitral, Dr. Yasir Arafat, Deputy Director of QEC, led the training which was attended by faculty members and senior students from both departments, alongside an observer team from Aga Khan University. The training included interactive tasks that enhanced the participants’ understanding of SAR processes.

The session also featured valuable input from Mr. Faisal Notta, Director of QAI_Net, Ms. Farah Naz, Associate, and Ms. Afshan, Senior Coordinator from Aga Khan University, who provided feedback and observations. Dr. Arafat closed the session by thanking the AKU team for their contributions and all participants for their active involvement, noting the importance of continuous improvement in educational quality assurance.
