Lahore: A delegation from Jaza Relief visited the University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore to present a donation of Rs. 1.4 million. This generous contribution, made by the UET Alumni Alberta Chapter, is aimed at supporting student scholarships through the UET Zakat Fund.
During the visit, Engr. Ahmad Naveed, head of the Alumni Office, detailed the initiatives and impact facilitated by the Alumni Office. He highlighted the significant benefits that such contributions bring to the university’s students.
Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir, Vice Chancellor of UET Lahore, extended a warm welcome to the guests. He provided updates on the university’s recent developments and progress, underscoring the crucial role that alumni play in the institution’s growth.
