Islamabad: The Science, Technology and Business Space (STBS), in partnership with the Business Incubation Centre (BIC), is set to host a workshop on “Prophetic (PBUH) Leadership: A Model of Care and Growth” on June 5, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. The event, targeting male faculty members and staff, aims to provide insights into the leadership principles exemplified by the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
The workshop will delve into themes of compassion, ethics, and sustainable growth in leadership practices. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with perspectives on how these principles can be integrated into both personal and professional contexts.
Mr. M. Salman Farooq, founder of QSystem (USA) and a noted entrepreneur, will deliver the keynote address. His lecture will focus on the practical applications of the Prophetic leadership model, encouraging attendees to adopt empathy, integrity, and vision in their leadership roles.
This initiative is part of STBS and BIC’s broader mission to promote leadership development and foster an academic environment characterized by respect and growth. Participants will leave with strategies to enhance their leadership skills and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
