The fast bowler, who played in the first Test against Bangladesh from August 20 to 25 at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, will not be part of the 12-member team for the upcoming second Test.

According to Pakistan Cricket Board, the announcement was made on Thursday following the conclusion of the first Test. Afridi’s departure from the squad reflects the management’s approach to balancing personal commitments with professional duties.
