Lahore: Secretary Youth Affairs and Sports Punjab Fazal-ur-Rehman led a meeting to discuss updates to the youth policy, aiming to better align it with current needs. The gathering focused on revising the policy to ensure inclusivity for all youth segments, including those in seminaries and special education.

According to Sports Board Punjab, the meeting held at Punjab Stadium included Director General Sports Punjab Muhammad Tariq Qureshi, Director Youth Affairs M Fahad, and a United Nations Population Fund delegation led by Zohra Jabeen. The officials emphasized the necessity of a research-based approach to formulating the youth and sports policy.

Fazal-ur-Rehman highlighted the importance of ensuring the updated policy reflects modern trends and adequately addresses the diverse needs of young people across various educational backgrounds.
