Lahore: Mr. Ajmal Bhatti, Secretary Energy for the Government of the Punjab, paid an official visit to the Centre for Energy Research and Development (CERAD) at the University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore, where he was welcomed by leading figures of the center. The visit aimed to enhance collaboration between CERAD and industry and government stakeholders.
According to University of Engineering and Technology, the visit was organized to discuss the upgradation of the center and to promote its strategic initiatives. Mr. Bhatti was received by Director CERAD Prof. Dr. Shahzad Asif, Campus Coordinator Prof. Dr. Amjad Hussain, Dr. Hasan Erteza Gilani, along with other CERAD managers and officials.
The interaction focused on strengthening CERAD's outreach and establishing more robust connections with industry and government stakeholders. The discussions are expected to pave the way for future collaborations and initiatives aimed at advancing energy research and development in the region.
