Lahore: The strike at Punjab University has come to an end as the Punjab University Employees and Punjab University Officers Welfare Associations have successfully resolved their disputes with the help of the university administration. The resolution came on Wednesday, following negotiations that led to an agreement satisfactory to all involved parties.

According to University of the Punjab, the administration took an active role in facilitating discussions that ultimately brought about the settlement. This intervention was pivotal in addressing the concerns of the staff, leading to the cessation of the strike activities.

The conclusion of the strike is expected to restore normalcy to campus operations, benefiting both staff and students who had been affected by the disruptions.
