PU HCBF Graduates Excel in Banking, IT, and Corporate Sectors: Vice Chancellor Highlights Success

LAHORE: Graduates from Punjab University's Hailey College of Banking & Finance are achieving success in various fields such as banking, information technology, and civil services due to their professional competencies, according to Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ali, the university's Vice Chancellor. Speaking at the college's 15th convocation at the PC Hotel, Lahore, Dr. Ali emphasized the importance of positive thinking, hard work, honesty, and self-confidence for success. The event saw more than 600 graduates and MPhil scholars receiving their degrees and medals.

According to University of the Punjab, the ceremony was attended by notable figures including Chairman Admission Committee Prof. Dr. Mahmood Saleem, Dean Faculty of Commerce Prof. Dr. Hafiz Zafar Ahmad, and College Principal Dr. Ahmed Muneeb Mehta. Prof. Dr. Ali congratulated the graduates and praised Principal Mehta for enhancing the college's reputation nationally and internationally. In his remarks, Prof. Dr. Hafiz Zafar Ahmad encouraged students to trust in their abilities and promote entrepreneurship and research. Principal Mehta also extended his congratulations, highlighting the college’s commitment to producing competent graduates under Dr. Ali's leadership. Degrees and medals were subsequently awarded to the successful graduates.
