KARACHI: The General Secretary of PTI Karachi, Arslan Khalid, has accused the Sindh government of criminal negligence following the deaths of multiple children from measles and diphtheria in the province over the past eight months. He claims that the inability to vaccinate 55% of children reflects the provincial government's incompetence.

According to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Khalid expressed his concerns over the state of Sindh's health system and called for the immediate resignation of the province's Chief Minister. Citing a recent World Health Organization report, he criticized the current health infrastructure and governance, arguing that despite substantial budget allocations, hospitals remain in disrepair. Khalid has demanded a judicial inquiry into the lack of medical supplies, asserting that the deaths are a result of government actions rather than natural causes. He emphasized that PTI will continue advocating for the rights of Sindh's children and hold the government accountable.
