Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari has sent his congratulations to President To Lam, the government, and the people of Vietnam on the occasion of their 81st National Day.

According to Pakistan Peoples Party, President Zardari, in his letter, acknowledged Vietnam's journey since its independence in 1945, highlighting its progress in political, economic, and social areas.
