ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari lauded the security forces for their operation against Fitna al-Khawarji in Mir Ali, North Waziristan, and committed to ongoing counter-terrorism efforts.

According to Pakistan Peoples Party, President Zardari acknowledged the security forces for their expertise and determination in combating terrorism, which he described as a source of pride for the nation. He affirmed that the anti-terror operations would persist to maintain peace and safeguard citizens' lives and property.

President Zardari also expressed a firm commitment to countering terrorist activities supported by foreign entities, emphasizing that such threats would be addressed decisively.
