PCB Unveils Schedule for Tri-Nation ODI Series

Lahore: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has officially announced the schedule for the upcoming tri-nation One Day International (ODI) series featuring New Zealand, South Africa, and Pakistan. The series, set to take place from February 8 to 14, will see matches hosted at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium and Karachi’s National Bank Stadium.

According to a statement by PCB, the series will commence with Pakistan facing New Zealand at Gaddafi Stadium on February 8, followed by New Zealand against South Africa on February 10. The action will then move to Karachi, where Pakistan will play South Africa on February 12. The final match of the series is slated for February 14 in Karachi.

The series will not only serve as a crucial preparation for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 but will also provide an opportunity for the PCB to display the recent renovations at the hosting venues. Gaddafi Stadium has seen improvements including increased spectator capacity and the installation of advanced LED lighting and digital replay screens. Similarly, National Bank Stadium has undergone enhancements like new hospitality enclosures and improved lighting.

Both Pakistan and New Zealand are set to begin their training sessions under the lights at Gaddafi Stadium on February 6, with South Africa scheduled to practice on February 9. The PCB aims to deliver a high-quality experience for all stakeholders, with enhanced facilities and broadcast capabilities at both venues.
