Lahore: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced the ticket prices for the upcoming two-match Test series against Bangladesh, which forms part of the ICC World Test Championship 2023-25. The first Test is scheduled to be held at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium from August 21-25, with the second Test following at the National Bank Stadium in Karachi from August 30 to September 3.
According to Pakistan Cricket Board, tickets will be available for purchase online starting August 13 from 5:00 PM PST at PCB.tcs.com.pk, and at various physical outlets from August 16 after 9:00 AM. Ticket prices have been set to accommodate a range of budgets, with general enclosure tickets starting at PKR 50 at the Wasim Bari enclosure in Karachi, escalating to PKR 250,000 for a full hospitality box at the National Bank Stadium.
To enhance accessibility and encourage attendance, PCB is also offering a seasonal pass which provides a 15% discount for those purchasing a five-day pass for the matches. In the event of an early conclusion, refunds will be issued for the unused days. Box offices at the match venues will open two days prior to each Test.
The premium and VIP enclosures at both stadiums are priced variably to cater to different preferences, with options including lunch and tea. For example, the Gallery pass at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, which includes meals, is priced at PKR 2,800, while the Platinum box is set at PKR 12,500.
In Karachi, the first-class enclosures are available for PKR 100, with premium and VIP options ranging from PKR 200 to PKR 500 depending on the day of the week. Hospitality box seats, which also include meals, are priced at PKR 12,500 in both cities.
