PCB Schedules Strategic Connection Camp to Refine Pakistan Cricket’s Vision

Lahore: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is set to host a strategic Connection Camp at a local hotel on Monday, aimed at developing a unified vision for the future of Pakistan cricket. The initiative, announced by PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi, will involve top national players and coaching staff.

According to Pakistan Cricket Board, the camp will feature prominent figures such as Babar Azam and Shan Masood, the white-ball and red-ball captains respectively, along with other elite players and coaches including Jason Gillespie and Gary Kirsten. The day-long session led by Chairman Naqvi and the PCB leadership team will focus on establishing a clear roadmap and collaborative strategies to enhance the national team’s performance and inspire the next generation.

The camp’s agenda includes setting performance benchmarks, defining player development programmes, and enhancing grassroots cricket efforts. This meeting is a continuation of a series of dialogues with past cricketers and aims to align the current team’s approach with the historical pride and excellence of Pakistan cricket since its Test debut in 1952.
