NUST Introduces International Internship Program for Global Students

Islamabad: The National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) has launched the NUST Internship Program for International Students (NIPIS’24), aimed at offering young talents from around the world a platform to gain professional experience and enhance their skills within NUST’s dynamic academic environment.

According to National University of Sciences and Technology, the NIPIS’24 program is welcoming undergraduate and graduate students from various fields such as engineering, technology, natural sciences, social sciences, business, and humanities. This year, The program has attracted 24 student interns from seven countries including Türkiye, Sri Lanka, Ireland, Morocco, Nepal, Egypt, and the United Kingdom.

The program offers a broad spectrum of internship opportunities, providing practical exposure and allowing interns to confront real-world challenges. NUST has ensured that each intern receives expert supervision and mentoring from seasoned professionals and academicians. Moreover, interns have access to state-of-the-art laboratories, research facilities, and libraries.

NUST emphasizes the cultural exchange and networking aspects of the program, fostering an environment where interns from diverse backgrounds can interact and build global networks.
