Faisalabad: Forty deserving couples embarked on a new chapter of their lives during a mass marriage ceremony at The University of Faisalabad (TUF), organized under the auspices of the Madinah Foundation. The foundation extended its support to the couples by providing essential household items and dowry packages, underscoring its commitment to aiding underprivileged communities and endorsing the values of unity and social welfare.
The event at TUF was graced by several prominent figures, including Prof Dr. Muhammad Ashiq, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology; Prof Dr. Muhammad Ashfaq, Dean of the Faculty of Management Studies; Prof Dr. Majid Hussain, Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology; and Prof Dr. Matloob Ahmad, Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. Other notable attendees included Mr. Zubair Ahmad, Controller of Examinations, and Major (Retired) Abid Hussain, Security Incharge. The Khutbah-e-Nikah was delivered by the renowned religious scholar Qari Niaz Ahmed, who offered prayers for the success and happiness of the newlyweds. The event was attended by more than 2,000 guests, comprising friends, family, and community members.
