Jamshoro: Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences hosted a rally on Monday to observe “Youm-e-Istehsal Kashmir,” expressing solidarity with the Kashmiri people against what they describe as Indian aggression and torture. The event marked a significant display of unity and support for the Kashmiri struggle for self-determination and justice.

According to Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences, the rally was addressed by Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Ikram Din Ujjan, who emphasized the university community’s support for the Kashmiri people’s right to self-determination. He highlighted the day as one of remembrance for the sacrifices of the Kashmiri people in their pursuit of freedom.

Prof. Dr. Ujjan condemned the ongoing oppression in Indian-administered Kashmir and called for international attention to the human rights violations occurring there. He stressed the importance of global support for resolving the Kashmir dispute peacefully and in accordance with the aspirations of its people.

The event underscored the shared sentiments of the Pakistani people with the Kashmiri cause and aimed to strengthen international advocacy for justice and peace in the region.
