Islamabad: A jury convened at the International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) to conclude the “IIUI Student Reel Contest 2025 – The Silent Hercules: Builders Behind the Scenes,” recognizing the vital contributions of the university’s laborers and custodial staff. The contest, launched under the guidance of IIUI President Prof. Dr. Ahmed Saad Alahmed, culminated in the selection of winners from 14 shortlisted entries.

The jury, comprising senior journalist and content creator Fiaz Mahmood, Dr. Asma Mansoor, Dr. Qurat ul Ain Malik, Dr. Rooh ul Amin, Dr. Inaam ul Haq, and Muhammad Nauman, evaluated the reels on creativity, storytelling, technical quality, and thematic relevance.

Syeda Zainab Tehseen and her team secured the first prize, followed by Muhammad Muzzamil Hussain in second place, and Saqib Alam in third. The judges also acknowledged the participants’ enthusiasm and creativity, announcing appreciation certificates for those not in the top positions.

An upcoming ceremony, organized by the Protocol and Public Relations Office, will see IIUI President Dr. Ahmed Saad Alahmed awarding cash prizes, shields, and certificates to the winners and other participants.
