According to University of Central Punjab, the session featured reflections by Dr. Ali Waqar, who emphasized the importance of embracing patience and strengthening one's faith. Dr. Waqar guided participants on how to refocus on core values and priorities, encouraging them to find meaning in challenges and develop resilience. The event was part of the club's ongoing efforts to support students in navigating personal and academic pressures.
