Bahawalpur: The Islamia University of Bahawalpur has scheduled a significant PhD defense session for Ayesha Aimen, a doctoral candidate in the Department of Soil Science. The event, open to the public, will focus on her research titled “Potential of Combined Use of Biochar and Zinc Solubilizing Bacteria for Reducing Cadmium Stress of Hyper and Non-Hyper Accumulator Plants,” an innovative study aiming to address critical environmental challenges.
According to The Islamia University of Bahawalpur Pakistan, the defense will take place on August 7, 2024, at the KF Auditorium in the Baghdad-ul-Jadeed campus, starting at 10:00 AM. This session will provide an in-depth look at Ayesha Aimen’s research under the supervision of Dr. Azhar Hussain, Associate Professor in the Department of Soil Science.
