Bahawalpur: In a significant move to engage its alumni, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur has announced a 25% fee waiver for alumni returning to pursue MPhil, MS, MSc, MBA, LLM, and PhD programs. This initiative was revealed by Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Naveed Akhtar during a recent meeting with the university’s Deans and Principal Officers.

According to The Islamia University of Bahawalpur Pakistan, this discount aims to strengthen ties with former students while recognizing their ongoing contributions to the university’s reputation and development globally. Prof. Dr. Akhtar emphasized the crucial role alumni play in the socio-economic development of the institution and the broader academic community. He has instructed the Public Relations Department to actively involve alumni in the university’s current admission drive, including reaching out to successful graduates worldwide to share their experiences through video messages that will inspire current and prospective students.
