Bahawalpur: Muhammad Afaq, an alumnus of the Institute of Chemistry at the Islamia University of Bahawalpur, has been awarded a fully funded scholarship to pursue his PhD at the Southern University of Science and Technology in Shenzhen, China.

According to The Islamia University of Bahawalpur Pakistan, Afaq will engage in extensive academic and research activities during his doctoral studies in China. His achievement has been met with praise from the university’s faculty, including Prof. Dr. Shazia Anjum, Dean of the Faculty of Chemical and Biological Sciences, and Prof. Dr. Abdul Rauf, Director of the Institute of Chemistry, along with other faculty members who have extended their congratulations on his commendable accomplishment.
