Islamabad: The International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) has announced an extension of the admission deadline for the Fall 2024 semester to July 29, 2024. This decision, aimed at accommodating more prospective students, was made during a recent admission committee meeting chaired by IIUI President Dr. Hathal Homoud Alotaibi.
According to International Islamic University Islamabad, the meeting, held at the university’s new campus, included extensive discussions on the admissions policy, the campaign duration for the upcoming semester, and the finalization of test schedules. The committee comprised various university officials, including the Vice Presidents of Administration and Finance, Academics, and Research and Extension, as well as Director Generals, Deans, Student Advisors from both male and female campuses, and Directors of Admission and Examination, Finance, and IT.
Dr. Alotaibi stressed the importance of a transparent and straightforward admissions process, emphasizing that students are the university’s top priority and should face no ambiguity during their application process. The university president also highlighted the institution’s commitment to merit and the encouragement of talented resources within the university. He expressed hope that all departments would work collaboratively to implement the revised admissions strategy effectively.
