Rawalkot: Moeed Sultan, Director of Finance from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi, visited Jamia Poonch in Rawalkot to discuss strategies for enhancing financial management in higher education institutions.
According to University of Poonch Rawalakot, the meeting focused on financial governance and transparency. Director of Finance at Jamia Poonch, Adnan Javed, briefed on the current financial operations, while Sultan shared insights on achieving financial stability and transparency in line with strategic goals. Sultan emphasized the importance of a transparent financial policy to ensure the university’s financial health and adapt to economic challenges like rising inflation.
The session highlighted the critical role of financial leadership in maintaining university stability and discussed the implementation of new proposals to improve financial management practices. Moeed Sultan praised Jamia Poonch’s efforts in maintaining financial transparency, noting that such practices are essential for fostering a culture of accountability and sustainability.
