Engineering Students Encouraged to Transform Research into Market Innovations

Lahore: A recent session titled "From Research to Revenue: Innovation and Entrepreneurship for Engineers," aimed at equipping engineering and robotics students with the tools to convert their academic research into viable market innovations, was held at the Faculty of Engineering. The session was led by Dr. Yaqoob Javed, an alumnus of the Electrical Engineering program at the University of Central Punjab.

According to University of Central Punjab, the discussion delved into strategies for developing startup ventures based on research conducted in academic settings. Dr. Javed emphasized the importance of bridging the gap between theoretical research and practical applications, encouraging students to think beyond traditional academic boundaries and explore the commercial potential of their projects.
