Karachi: In response to the growing need for advanced cybersecurity professionals, DHA Suffa University Karachi has announced a new 1.5-month certification course in Ethical Hacking, aiming to equip participants with the skills required for offensive security. This intensive 40-hour crash course is designed to be conducted over weekends, starting in August 2024.
According to DHA Suffa University, the Ethical Hacking course will cover a range of topics critical to cybersecurity, including the fundamentals of the field, various cyber threats and attacks, and techniques for vulnerability assessment and penetration testing. Participants will also gain hands-on experience with RED teaming tactics and malware analysis among other advanced topics.
The program, priced at PKR 3000, will take place at the university’s main campus and aims to attract individuals interested in enhancing their practical knowledge of cybersecurity. This initiative is part of the university’s Professional Development Center’s efforts to address the skilled workforce gap in the cybersecurity industry.
