Karachi: DHA Suffa University has launched a new initiative aimed at streamlining the process for the clearance of final transcripts. Starting from August 5th, 2024, students at the university can take advantage of a “One Window Operation” for handling their transcript processes efficiently.

According to DHA Suffa University, this operation is set to facilitate students by providing a single point of contact for all transcript-related services. The designated room for this service, Room No. GF-028, will host representatives from all relevant departments involved in the transcript process. This service will be available from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM daily, excluding Fridays, until August 15th, 2024.

This initiative is part of the university’s ongoing efforts to enhance student services and administrative efficiency. By consolidating transcript services into a single location, the university aims to reduce processing times and improve overall student satisfaction.
