Karachi: DHA Suffa University held its ‘DHA SUFFA STARTUP QUEST’ on June 13, 2024, a vibrant contest aimed at encouraging student innovation across various academic disciplines. The event was organized by the university’s Center of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Development, along with the entrepreneurship student society.

According to DHA Suffa University, the Startup Quest featured participants from the Engineering, Computer Sciences, Psychology, and Management Sciences departments, who presented their startup ideas to a distinguished jury. The panel included experts like Dr. Farrukh Arif from NED, Andeel Ali from NICK, and Ovais Hussain Qureshi from Bioniks, among others. The event concluded with the awarding of prizes, with the startup ‘GENZ-E-SPORTS’ winning the top prize, sponsored by Bank Alfalah, and ‘BookBliss’ securing the runner-up position. The event was also supported by sponsors including Double Cheese, further highlighting the community’s support for fostering a culture of innovation.
